Q: Are all students required to complete the online registration?
Q: My student is new to the district student, where do I begin?
A: Please stop by the SISD admin. office at 2901 37th street and pick up the new student packet.
Q: Does each student need to be individually registered?
Q: How long does the process take?
A: Generally 10-15 minutes.
Q: Is the online registration available in Spanish?
A: Yes. There is a language preference tab in the top right-hand corner.
Q: I do not know my Family Access code. How can I locate it?
A: You can fill out the family access username/password request below and a representative will contact you with your username and password. Family Access Username/Password Request
Q: How do I apply for food services?
A: Applications for food services will be made available soon! All SISD parents will be required to fill out the food service applications. Once the food service applications are completed, (regardless of the outcome) students (6-12th grade) will receive a 1/2 off discount on technology usage fees.
Q: I can not change my address on the online registration, why not?
A: In order to change your address, you will need to take a proof of residency to the campus in which your student attends. The office staff will make the changes for you.
