Our Tiger fans are important to us and we know you are eager to watch Tiger athletes in action again. UIL guidelines regarding COVID-19 will require some changes, but we will do our best to provide our fans the opportunity to cheer on the Tigers from the stands or from home.
Watch from home!
We realize some fans may not be able to attend games because of safety concerns or capacity restrictions. Look for an announcement about a live streaming service that will allow you to watch the game online.
All junior high and high school athletic tickets will be sold as general admission through an e-ticketing service. To manage capacity restrictions, all fans, including students, must purchase a ticket. Unfortunately, season tickets will not be sold this year. Tickets may be purchased online at: https://schooleventticketslogin.com/event up to one week before the event. Tickets will be scanned at the door, so please print your ticket or download it on your phone. Adult and student football tickets will be sold as general admission and will be $6. Volleyball tickets will be $4 for adults and $2 for students.
***TICKETS MAY BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE BASED ON 50% CAPACITY. ALL TICKETS AT THE GATE WILL BE AT ADULT PRICES.***
Field access will be strictly limited to participants and individuals essential to the game.
Instructions to purchase tickets for away games will be provided prior to the game.
Health & Safety Protocols for UIL Events:
All attendees will be screened prior to entry. Please allow plenty of time for screening.
Masks will be required in accordance with Governor Abbott’s order when individuals are unable to maintain at least 6 feet of distance.
Snyder High School promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives or fellow spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
In compliance with Governor Abott’s Executive Order GA-29 all school employees, parents, visitors and students ten years of age or older must wear face coverings or face shields upon entry to an area where UIL activities are being conducted and when not actively practicing or participating in in the contest, unless one of the exceptions is deemed appropriate. Face coverings include non-medical grade disposable face masks, cloth face coverings (over the nose and mouth), or full-face shields to protect eyes, nose, and mouth.
Exceptions to the wearing of face coverings or face shields include:
- Any person with a medical condition or disability that prevent wearing a face covering;
- While a person is consuming food or drink
- While a person is in a swimming pool, lake, or similar body of water;
- When a congregating group of persons maintains at least 6 feet of social distancing; or
- Any other reason or circumstance indicated under Executive Order GA-29.
Any fan that cannot wear a mask due to one of the approved exceptions please visit with an administrator on duty.
Discontinuation of the Contest
We respect that it is a privilege to have this competition tonight with fans in the stands. In order for these competitions to continue, we must follow Governor Abbott’s orders that are in place to protect the health and safety of all. As responsible citizens of Texas, it is our responsibility to comply with Governor Abott’s orders. If you choose to not comply with the governor’s order you will be required to exit the gym immediately. If our fans, in general, choose to disregard the face-covering order then we will clear the gym of all fans and allow the competition to continue without spectators.
If you have questions please call the Athletic Office at 325-574-8830.
Thank you for your support and go Tigers!
