Snyder High School students enrolled in the P-TECH Welding Pathway have been competing in area welding competitions. These timed competitions allow students an opportunity to showcase the skills they learned while competing for prizes and scholarship money.
Students are provided materials, blueprints, and a timeframe. They are judged on safety, technique, and knowledge.
We believe a well-rounded education provides opportunities for students to learn in-demand trades and skills. With this knowledge, students are better prepared for life after high school in their career, college, or military endeavors!
